Your license

• Mochicut is a one-time purchase. Your license key unlocks the app permanently, on up to 2 devices you own, for personal use.
• Please don't share, resell, or publish your license key. It's yours, like a house key.
• Purchases are processed by Polar, the merchant of record.

The free trial

You get 14 days with every feature unlocked, no card and no sign-up. When it ends, the app locks until you purchase. One trial per person, so please play fair. 💛

Refunds

Refunds go through Polar, within 14 days of purchase. If something isn't working for you, email mochi@mochicut.com first, and we'll try to fix it. If we can't, we'll help you get a refund.

Your photos are yours

Mochicut processes your photos entirely on your Mac and never modifies or deletes your originals. We claim no rights whatsoever over your content.

Updates

Bug fixes and improvements to this version are included. A future major version with big new features may be a separate (discounted) upgrade. Your current version keeps working either way.

Open source

Mochicut includes open-source components such as FFmpeg (LGPL), each under its own license. Those licenses come with the app. Please don't redistribute or resell the app itself.

No warranty

Mochicut is a small indie app, provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Please keep backups of anything precious. The app never touches your originals, but backups are always wise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date above. For meaningful changes, we'll let you know in the app.
